The hotel was very clean, beautiful facilities, with gorgeous views on all sides and comfortable rooms. Being able to open the window and have the fresh ocean air in was a delight, and I enjoyed how many picturesque and comfortable nooks there were to sit and relax. Every staff member I encountered at all hours of day and night was pleasant, helpful, welcoming, and always with a friendly word- the check out process was far smoother and quick than I tend to expect, with absolutely zero stress. This is a hotel with character and class, with excellent rates and service.

My sister and I loved our whole experience we had at The Edgewater Hôtel. The vibe we got from the staff and atmosphere is well cultivated in all aspects. We asked for a specific room which happen to be open. We had so much fun checking out the record player and multiple Albums which we played. We also used the recording studio and played rock band. Another thing we did was use the complimentary bicycles and rode down the Elliott Bay Trail. We really enjoyed the food at the lounge/ restaurant six seven, also a great place to watch the sunset nightly.

We were staying at Edgewater before boarding a cruise to Alaska. The location was perfect for the cruise terminal and ferry docks and only a brief walk to most of the shops and restaurants along the water. The bedroom was decent sized, very comfortable bedding and large bathroom. The restaurant was phenomenal - because it was so good, we ate all of our meals there over a three day period. The lobby and gift shop were delightful. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

We have a favorite room that allows close observance of cruise ships as they come and go. It adds a little spice to the balcony view, which includes a view of downtown, sunsets, and Mt. Rainier. Room service on the balcony with friends and my Bose speakers results in an outstanding prep session before hitting the town! The Six Seven restaurant is outstanding and reserved our party of four a fantastic waterside table with sunset views. Pricey but the splurge is worth it every time.

We loved the "Woodsy" but not overly cute decor, and the location literally over the water - also next door to the Victoria ferry. The restaurant is also first rate although brunch is quite pricey, but very good. Staff very helpful. I was able to buy the bear footstool in our room (adorable).
